When I moved to Procurement, I craved for trainings.
I longed for mentorship, coaching, & clear career growth opportunities. It wasn’t easy.
Opportunities for development felt limited, & I often felt like I was learning in isolation.
So, I took matters into my own hands.
I attended classes outside of work, read anything I could put my hands on (not many on procurement back then), connected with professionals outside my company,
& constantly sought out opportunities to practice my skills.

I believe the key to growth in this field lies in continuous learning and strong support from management.
